Ingredients
Sauce
- Fairlife 0% milk - 30ml
- Sodium citrate - 10g
- Smoked paprika - 2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 2 tsp
- msg - 1 tsp
- salt
- pepper
- Jerk seasoning - 18g
- Cottage cheese 0% fat - 454g
- Parmesan - 112g
- Whipped cream cheese - 30g
- Scallion greens
Place everything in a blender and keep going til it's smooth
Vegetables
Mushrooms
- White mushrooms - 10oz
- Lowrys seasoning
- Creole seasoning
- Avocado oil
Toss and place in a preheated 450F oven for 25 minutes
Peppers and Onions
- Yellow bell pepper cut into strips - 1x
- Red bell pepper cut into strips - 1x
- white onion cut into half moons - 1/4
- salt
- herb du Provence
- avocado oil - 7g
Toss and place in a preheated 450F oven for 25 minutes
Pasta
With cottage cheese sauces, dry pasta pairs better texturally.
I suggest penne followed by an ice bath so that it doesn't get mushy.
Also, to reduce pasta sticking to eachtoher, stir vigorously for the first 45 seconds in the pot.
