Ingredients

Sauce

  1. Fairlife 0% milk - 30ml
  2. Sodium citrate - 10g
  3. Smoked paprika - 2 tsp
  4. Garlic powder - 2 tsp
  5. msg - 1 tsp
  6. salt
  7. pepper
  8. Jerk seasoning - 18g
  9. Cottage cheese 0% fat - 454g
  10. Parmesan - 112g
  11. Whipped cream cheese - 30g
  12. Scallion greens

Place everything in a blender and keep going til it's smooth

Vegetables

Mushrooms

  1. White mushrooms - 10oz
  2. Lowrys seasoning
  3. Creole seasoning
  4. Avocado oil

Toss and place in a preheated 450F oven for 25 minutes

Peppers and Onions

  1. Yellow bell pepper cut into strips - 1x
  2. Red bell pepper cut into strips - 1x
  3. white onion cut into half moons - 1/4
  4. salt
  5. herb du Provence
  6. avocado oil - 7g

Toss and place in a preheated 450F oven for 25 minutes

Pasta

With cottage cheese sauces, dry pasta pairs better texturally.

I suggest penne followed by an ice bath so that it doesn't get mushy.
Also, to reduce pasta sticking to eachtoher, stir vigorously for the first 45 seconds in the pot.
