Green sambal / பச்சை தேங்காய் சம்பல்

Ingredients

  1. 200g coconut
  2. 25 green chilies (stem removed)
  3. 30g ginger
  4. sea salt

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and turn it on
  2. Keep adding chilies until you get a light green color
  3. Adjust salt for taste
